Ryan
P. McGloin, CFA

Ryan's experience in equity research, investment banking and
credit analysis allows him to analyze a diverse cross-section of
the economy. Operating in several different areas of the finance
industry enables Ryan to understand the competitive threats facing
a tenant, critically evaluate a tenant's business model and distill
this information in a concise manner.
Ryan received his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of
Business with concentrations in analytic finance and economics. He
earned his Chartered Financial Analyst designation from the CFA
Institute and is an active member of the Chicago CFA Society. He
graduated from Arizona State University's Barrett Honors College
with a degree in Finance.
After attending ASU, Ryan became a REIT equity research associate
with Green Street Advisors, Inc. in Newport Beach, CA. He later joined
Credit Suisse First Boston as an investment banker. At CSFB, Ryan
executed transactions in a number of different industries and gained
exposure to various strategic alternatives such as equity offerings,
divestitures, and mergers and acquisitions. After CSFB, he joined a
boutique investment bank specializing in restructurings where he
analyzed reorganization scenarios and projected cash flows for
troubled companies.
Prior to founding Commercial Tenant Analysis, Inc., Ryan performed tenant
financial reviews at a consulting firm. As a senior consultant, he
analyzed hundreds of potential tenants in a number of different
industries.
