Ryan
P. McGloin, CFA

Ryan's experience in equity research, investment banking and
credit analysis has allowed him to analyze a diverse
cross-section of the economy. Operating in several
different areas of the finance industry has allowed Ryan to
understand the competitive threats facing a tenant, critically
evaluate a tenant's business model and distill this information
in a concise manner.
Ryan received his B.S. degree with honors from Arizona State
University where he majored in Finance. After attending
ASU, Ryan became a REIT equity research associate with Green
Street Advisors, Inc. in Newport Beach, CA.
Later Ryan joined Credit Suisse First Boston as an investment
banker. At CSFB, Ryan executed transactions in a number of
different industries and gained exposure to various strategic
alternatives such as equity offerings, divestitures, and mergers
and acquisitions. After CSFB, Ryan joined a boutique
investment bank specializing in restructurings. Ryan
analyzed reorganization scenarios and projected cash flows for
troubled companies.
Prior to founding Commercial Tenant Analysis, Inc., Ryan
performed tenant financial reviews at a consulting firm.
As a senior consultant, Ryan analyzed hundreds of potential
tenants in a number of different industries.
Ryan received his Chartered Financial Analyst designation from
the CFA Institute and is an advisory group co-chair for the
Chicago CFA Society. He is currently attending the University
of Chicago Graduate School of Business evening MBA program.
