Overview
Initiation of Report
• Landlord obtains financial statements and contact
information from a
prospective tenant and forwards materials
to CTA Inc.
• Landlord forwards lease/purchase transaction
overview to CTA Inc.
Finalizing Scope of Report
• CTA Inc. provides a written estimate outlining the
scope, delivery date
and price of the report. Generally,
proposals are sent within 48 hours
of receipt of items listed above.
• CTA Inc. suggests times for a conversation with the
tenant's
management team.
Delivery of Report
• CTA Inc. provides an electronic copy of the report
within a specified
time frame.
• All financial statements are returned to the
landlord for their files.
Potential Tenants
• All information provided to CTA Inc. will be held in
the strictest
confidence.
• Written and verbal information provided to CTA Inc.
will not be
disclosed to parties other than the client
requesting the analysis.
